Delivery and return of goods

1. Delivery of goods

1.1. When ordering goods, the Buyer may choose the method of delivery of the goods, i.e. use the delivery service provided by the Seller.

1.2. Delivery of Goods to the Buyer:

1.2.1. The buyer, having selected the delivery service during the order, undertakes to specify the delivery method and the exact delivery location of the goods.

1.2.2. If the buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself, in the event that he cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address and based on other data provided by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims against the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to an inappropriate entity.

1.2.3. The Goods are delivered by the Seller or its authorized representative.

1.2.4. The delivery (transportation) fee for goods is calculated taking into account the method, place, time and weight of the goods:

When ordering goods, you can choose the method of delivery of goods, i.e. use our delivery service.

When choosing a delivery service during the order process, please specify the exact delivery location.

The goods are delivered by UAB "Baltics medical" or its authorized representative.

The delivery fee is calculated based on the delivery method, location, and order amount.

Delivery of goods to your specified address in Lithuania (excluding the Curonian Spit):

  • Delivery is FREE for orders over €45.

For smaller orders:

  • delivery to Omniva POSTAL MACHINE - €2.70

We will deliver the goods to the parcel machine of your choice. You will be informed about the delivered goods by SMS and/or e-mail. You can pick up the goods 24 hours a day, any day of the week. The recipient must pick up the goods from the terminal within 3 days from the moment of delivery of the goods to the terminal.

We will deliver the goods to the parcel machine of your choice. You will be informed about the delivered goods by SMS and/or e-mail. You can pick up the goods 24 hours a day, any day of the week. The recipient must pick up the goods from the terminal within 3 days from the moment of delivery of the goods to the terminal.

The goods can only be collected by the person who placed the order or the person specified at the time of placing the order. When collecting the goods, it is necessary to have with you and present a valid personal identification document (personal identity card, passport or new driver's license).

1.3. Collection of goods at the Seller's collection points:

1.3.1. The Buyer may collect the goods at the collection points specified by the Seller.

1.3.2. The goods may only be collected by the person who placed the order or the person specified at the time of placing the order. When collecting the goods, it is necessary to have with you and present a valid personal identification document (identity card, passport or new driver's license) to the Seller's employee.

1.4. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the delivery descriptions of the goods. These terms are preliminary and do not apply in cases where the Seller does not have the necessary goods in stock, and the Buyer is informed about the shortage of the goods ordered by him. At the same time, the Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control. In such a case, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and agree on the terms of delivery of the goods.

1.5. In all cases, the Seller is exempted from liability for violation of the terms of delivery of goods if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the control of the Buyer.

1.6. When the goods are delivered to the Buyer, the Buyer must, together with the Seller or his authorized representative, check the condition of the shipment and the goods(s) and sign the consignment handover-acceptance document. After the Buyer signs the consignment handover-acceptance document, it is considered that the shipment has been delivered in proper condition, there are no damages to the goods, the cause of which is not attributable to a manufacturing defect, and there are no discrepancies in the product(s)'s configuration (such as can be determined during an external inspection of the goods). Having noticed that the packaging of the delivered shipment is damaged (crumpled, wet or otherwise externally damaged), the goods(s) are damaged and/or the goods(s) are of improper configuration, the Buyer must note this in the consignment handover-acceptance document and, in the presence of the Seller or his representative, draw up a free-form act of damage/inconsistencies of the shipment and/or goods(s). If the Buyer fails to perform these actions, the Seller is released from liability to the Buyer for damage to the goods, if the basis for such damage is not a manufacturing defect, and for discrepancies in the configuration of the goods, if these discrepancies can be identified during an external inspection of the goods.

2. Product quality guarantee and shelf life

2.1. Each "omegalab.lt" The properties of the product being sold are generally indicated in the product description for each product.

2.2. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the online store may not correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer.

3. Return and exchange of goods

3.1 The Buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery/receipt of the goods. The Buyer wishing to return the goods must contact labas@omegalab.lt and we will indicate further steps.

3.2 The cost of returning the parcel is 2.90 EUR. The cost of returning the goods will be deducted from the refund amount.

3.3 Return shipping is free of charge if the returned item is of inadequate quality.

3.4 Money for returned goods is refunded only by bank transfer to the payer's (Buyer's) bank account within 14 working days.

3.5 When returning goods, the following conditions must be met: i) the appearance of the goods and packaging has not changed significantly; ii) the goods have not been used and/or damaged; iii) the goods are complete, you have a proof of purchase; iv) the goods' original packaging has not been removed, stickers, protective film and other sales elements have not been removed.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse to accept for return any goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. The Seller also has the right to refuse to accept any goods that have lost their marketable appearance.

3.6 For goods that are subject to a statutory warranty of 2 years for the quality of the goods, the Buyer may make claims for defects in the goods no later than within this period, from the date of purchase of the goods.

3.7 Free shipping is from 45 EUR, however, in the case of a return (when shipping was free), the Buyer must cover the costs of returning the goods, which are 2.90 EUR.


4. Responsibility

4.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided by him. If the Buyer does not provide accurate personal data, the Seller is not liable for the consequences arising from this and acquires the right to claim compensation for direct losses incurred by the Buyer.

4.2. The buyer is responsible for actions taken while using the online store. “omegalab.lt” .

4.3. The registered Buyer is responsible for the transfer of his/her login data to third parties. If “omegalab.lt” If the services provided are used by a third party who has logged in to the online store using the Buyer's login details, the Seller considers this person to be the Buyer.

4.4. The Seller is exempted from any liability in cases where losses arise due to the Buyer not having read these Rules, despite the Seller's recommendations and his obligations, although he was given such an opportunity.

4.5. If the Seller's online store contains links to the websites of other companies, institutions, organizations or individuals, the Seller is not responsible for the information contained there or the activities carried out there, does not supervise or control those websites and does not represent those companies and individuals.

4.6. In the event of damage, the at-fault party shall compensate the other party for direct losses.

4.7. The Seller is not responsible for the proper performance of mutual obligations between the Buyer and the Seller's partners whose services the Buyer orders.

5. Marketing measures applied by the seller

5.1. Seller in the online store "omegalab.lt" may initiate various promotions regarding sales prices and methods at its discretion.

5.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally, without separate notice, change the terms of the promotion, as well as cancel them. Any changes or cancellation of the terms of the promotion are valid only in the future, that is, from the moment of their execution.

6. Information exchange

6.1. The Seller sends all notifications in accordance with the procedure provided for in clause 2.2 of the Rules to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer.

7. Final provisions

7.1. These rules have been drawn up in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

7.2. The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to relations arising on the basis of these rules.

7.3. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

7.4. Consumer disputes are resolved out of court by the State Consumer Rights Protection Service, registered office at Goštauto St. 12, Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt .
