Terms and conditions of purchase
1. General provisions
1.1. Online stores "omegalab.lt" trade is carried out by UAB "Baltics medical", located in Vilnius, Subačiaus g. 15-51, LT-01300 (company code 302723907).
1.2. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"), upon acceptance by the Buyer (after familiarizing themselves with the Rules and checking the box next to the statement "I have familiarized myself with the "omegalab.lt" rules and I agree with them"), is a legal document binding on the parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions of purchase and payment for goods, the procedure for delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties and other matters related to the purchase and sale of goods "omegalab.lt" provisions related to the online store.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by legal acts. The registered Buyer will be informed of any changes, amendments or supplements via the login "omegalab.lt" page and, in order to shop in this online store, will be required to re-accept the modified Rules.
1.4. You have the right to purchase in our online store:
1.4.1. capable natural persons, i.e. persons who have reached the age of majority and whose capacity is not restricted by court order;
1.4.2. minors between the ages of fourteen and eighteen, only with the consent of their parents or guardians, except in cases where they independently dispose of their income;
1.4.3. legal entities;
1.4.4. authorized representatives of all the above-mentioned persons.
1.5. By accepting the Rules, the Buyer confirms that, in accordance with clause 1.4 of the Rules, he has the right to purchase the goods "omegalab.lt" in the online store.
2. Protection of personal data
2.1. Order goods in the online store "omegalab.lt" The Buyer can register on this website by entering their email address and password;
2.2. When ordering goods, the Buyer must indicate in the relevant information fields provided by the Seller the data necessary for the proper execution of the order for goods: name, surname, city to which the goods must be delivered, exact address, postal code or parcel machine and contact telephone number.
2.3. By approving these Rules, the Buyer agrees that his/her personal data will be processed in the online store during the sales process of goods and services. “omegalab.lt” implementation, analysis of the Seller's activities and direct marketing purposes.
2.4. The Buyer, by agreeing to the processing of his/her personal data for the purpose of selling goods and services in the Seller's online store, also agrees to the sending of information messages necessary for the fulfillment of the order of goods to the email address and telephone number provided by him/her.
2.5. The Buyer, who does not wish his/her e-mail address or telephone number to be processed for the purpose of direct marketing, must inform the Seller thereof by sending a message from the e-mail address specified in the procedure provided for in clause 2.2 of the Rules to the address hello@omegalab.lt;
2.6. The Seller confirms that the personal data provided by the Buyer will be processed only in the online store for the sale of goods and services. “omegalab.lt” , for the purposes of analysis of the Seller's activities and direct marketing. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except for the Seller's partners providing delivery of goods or other services related to the proper fulfillment of the Buyer's order. In all other cases, the Buyer's personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
3. The moment of conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement
3.1. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, having selected the product(s) to be purchased and created a shopping cart, ticks the "I agree with the rules" box and clicks the "Confirm" link.
4. Buyer's rights
4.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase the goods "omegalab.lt" in the online store in accordance with the procedure set out in these Rules and other information sections of the Seller's online store.
5. Buyer's obligations
5.1. The Buyer must pay for the goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
5.2. The registered Buyer undertakes not to transfer his login details to third parties. If the Buyer loses his login details, he must immediately inform the Seller about it by e-mail. hello@omegalab.lt.
5.3 If the data provided in the registration form of a registered Buyer changes, he must immediately update it so that the Seller can properly fulfill its obligations.
5.4. The Buyer, using "omegalab.lt" in the online store, undertakes to comply with these Rules, other conditions clearly specified in the online store, and not to violate the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
6. Seller's rights
6.1. If the Buyer attempts to undermine the stability and security of the online store or violates his obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning restrict or suspend his access to the online store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration.
6.2. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely terminate the operations of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
7. Seller's obligations
7.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the opportunity to use the online store under the conditions set out in these Rules and the online store. "omegalab.lt" services provided.
7.2. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy to personal information belonging to him, i.e. to process the personal data specified by the Buyer only in accordance with the procedure established in Chapter 2 of the Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by him/her under the conditions specified in Section 9 of the Rules.
7.4. If the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer due to important circumstances, he undertakes to offer an analogous or as similar product as possible. If the Buyer refuses to accept the analogous or most similar product, the Seller undertakes to refund the money paid to the Buyer within 3 (three) business days, if an advance payment was made.
8. Prices of goods, payment procedures and terms
8.1. The prices of goods in the online store and in the formed order are indicated in euros including VAT.
8.2. The Buyer shall pay for the goods in one of the following ways:
8.2.1. Payment using electronic banking is an advance payment using the electronic banking system Paysera (UAB Paysera LT) used by the Buyer. In order to use this form of payment, the Buyer must have signed an electronic banking agreement with one of the Lithuanian banks. When paying for goods in this way, a payment is generated for the Buyer in the electronic banking system according to the order he is paying for. In this case, the responsibility for data security lies with the relevant bank, since all monetary transactions take place in the bank's electronic banking system.
8.2.2. Payment by bank transfer is an advance payment when the Buyer, after printing the order and going to the nearest bank branch, transfers the money to the bank account of UAB "Baltics medical".
8.2.3. Payment at terminals - after printing the order form with a barcode, payment in cash or by bank card at the specified payment terminals:
- MAXIMUM in shopping centers
- LITHUANIAN PRESS and CAGE at newsstands
- LITHUANIAN POST OFFICE in sections and PAYPOST in kiosks
- PEARL SERVICES in terminals
8.2.4. Cash to the courier (service may not be provided during quarantine) - payment method in cash or by bank card upon receipt of the goods. Payment to the courier upon delivery of the goods to your home costs an additional €1.97. Payment in cash upon delivery of the goods to your home requires the exact cash amount specified in the order (without the need for a return).
8.2.5. By bank card at OMNIVA parcel machines. Payment at the parcel machine at the time of picking up the goods costs an additional €1.47.
8.3. When paying by the payment methods provided for in paragraphs 8.2.1. and 8.2.2., the Buyer undertakes to pay immediately.
